Court bookings
| When you cancel | What happens |

| More than 24 hours before | Cancel free of charge. Online payments are refunded in full to the original card or Apple Pay. Pay-at-club bookings owe nothing. A member's free session returns to their allowance. |
| Less than 24 hours before | The booking is charged in full and cannot be refunded. If you need to move it, message reception on WhatsApp and we will try to find another time. |
| No-show | If you have not checked in 15 minutes after your start time, the booking is marked as a no-show and the court is released. Online payments for no-shows are not refunded, and repeated no-shows may mean future bookings must be paid online in advance. |
| Late arrival | Your session still ends at the booked time, so the next players can start on time. |
| If the club cancels | If we have to close a court for maintenance or an event, you choose a full refund or a free move to another time. |
Coaching sessions
- Cancel or move a coaching session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts.
- Within 24 hours, or if you don't show, the session is charged in full. A session from a 5 or 10 package is used up.
- If your coach is unavailable, we will offer another coach, another time or a full refund.
Equipment hire
- Racket, paddle and ball hire is refunded with the booking it was added to.
- Hire equipment is returned to reception at the end of your session. Lost or damaged items may be charged.
How to cancel
- Members: sign in, open My Account and choose Cancel next to the booking.
- Guests: message reception on WhatsApp at +971 52 539 2908 with your booking reference.
- Refunds to cards and Apple Pay usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Memberships
- Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
- Annual plans run for the full twelve months and can be paused within your plan's allowance.
