2. Accepting these terms
By using this website, creating an account, booking a court or coaching session, buying a membership or entering the club, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Accounts and guest bookings
- You can book as a guest or with an account. The details you give us must be accurate and your own.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all bookings made with your account or contact details.
- You must be 18 or over to create an account or pay. Players under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for them while at the club.
4. Court bookings
- Bookings are for 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Your session starts and ends at the booked times, even if you arrive late.
- Courts are booked for up to four players unless the club agrees otherwise. The person who books is responsible for their group.
- Please check in at reception 10 to 15 minutes before your start time.
- Pay-at-club bookings must be checked in and paid at reception. If you have not checked in 15 minutes after your start time, the booking is cancelled as a no-show and the court is released.
- We may move you to an equivalent court where needed for operations. If we cannot offer an equivalent court, you will receive a full refund.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Peak and off-peak rates apply as shown on our Pricing page at the time of booking.
- You can pay online by card or Apple Pay, or at the club by cash or card. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- A booking paid online is confirmed only once the payment is successful. Unpaid online checkouts are held for 30 minutes and then released.
- We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
6. Cancellations, no-shows and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel free of charge more than 24 hours before your start time; later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
7. Memberships
- Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared. Your member number and card must not be used by anyone else.
- Member benefits, such as free court time and booking windows, are as described on our Membership page and may be updated with reasonable notice.
- Monthly memberships paid online renew automatically each month on the same card until cancelled. You can cancel with 30 days' notice to reception.
- Annual memberships run for twelve months from the start date and are not refundable, except where the law requires it. They can be paused within your plan's allowance.
- A membership starts once payment is received. Pay-at-club memberships are activated by reception.
8. Coaching
- Coaching sessions are run by Europadel coaches or approved partner coaches.
- Session packages are valid for the period stated at purchase and cannot be transferred.
- If your coach is unavailable, we will offer another coach, another time or a refund for that session.
9. Equipment hire
- Hire rackets, paddles and balls must be returned to reception at the end of your session.
- You are responsible for hired equipment while you have it. Lost or deliberately damaged items may be charged at replacement cost.
10. Club rules and conduct
- Wear clean, non-marking indoor sports shoes on court. Glass, outside food and smoking or vaping are not allowed on the courts.
- Respect other players, staff and the facilities, and follow our club culture and etiquette.
- We may refuse entry, end a session or cancel a membership without refund for abusive, unsafe or illegal behaviour, or for repeated breaches of these rules.
11. Health, safety and liability
- Padel and pickleball are physical sports with a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and should only play if you are fit and well enough to do so.
- Please tell staff straight away about any injury, hazard or damage.
- Lockers are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited under UAE law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Photography and events
We may take photos and videos at club events for our website and social media. Please tell a member of staff if you prefer not to be featured, and we will respect that.
13. Changes and closures
We may need to close courts or the club for maintenance, events, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. Where this affects a confirmed booking, we will contact you and offer a move to another time or a full refund.
14. Website and content
All content on this website, including the Europadel name, logo, photos and text, belongs to QPADEL SPORTS & RECREATIONAL CLUB LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent. We try to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking or purchase applies to it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
